1. What type of vinyl do you sell?

We sell a variety of vinyl rolls and sheets for use in crafting, signage, and more. Our products include adhesive vinyl, heat transfer vinyl, and specialty vinyl like holographic and glitter vinyl.

2. How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply select the vinyl rolls or sheets you'd like to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Payment can be made using a credit card, PayPal, or other accepted payment methods.

3. Where are you located? 

We are located in Calgary, Alberta Canada. We recently started our US operations with warehouse in San Francisco Bay Area.

4. Do you have a storefront? 

We currently only sell online. But if you are nearby Calgary, Alberta in Canada and you want to pick up your package your are more than welcome to. Please send us a message to arrange a time. We do not support local pick up in US yet. 

5. What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location. We offer flat-rate shipping to Canada and the United States, and our shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of payment, and delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days within Canada and the United States. However, delivery times are determined by Canada Post based on customer's delivery address. Canada Post has suspended On-time Delivery Guarantees for all parcel deliveries. 

7. What is your return policy?

We have a detailed returns and refunds policy outlined on our website. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

9. When will my order be shipped? 

We ship Monday to Friday excluding Holidays. 

10. Do you have any Discount Codes?

We have shipping discount codes found on the top front page. We have free shipping if you spend $150.00 or more excluding taxes and shipping.

11. Difference between Oracal 631 and Oracal 651? 

Oracal 651 is an outdoor permanent vinyl, it has a solvent based permanent adhesive. It is used for vehicle graphics, decals, mugs, tumblers, mailboxes, etc. Oracal 631 is an indoor removable vinyl great for walls. It has a removable water based adhesive.

12. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders. Please contact us for more information.

13. Do you offer custom vinyl cutting?

Yes, we offer custom vinyl cutting services for a variety of applications. Please contact us for more information and pricing.

14. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package's delivery status online.

15. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photos of the damage or other evidence in order to process your claim.
