 Application instructions (home iron)

• Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen
• Cover design with Kraft paper or non-stick cover sheet
• Place on flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
• Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)
• Press each section of design for 10-15 seconds
• If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet
and re-press for 5-10 seconds
• Warm Peel

Application Instructions (heat press)
• Cut in reverse
• Weed excess material
• Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
• Apply design at 305°F/150°C
• Use medium pressure for 10-15 seconds
• Warm Peel

Shipping Rates:
  • We offer free shipping as follows:
    • Free shipping for all orders over $150.00
    • Flat rate shipping @ $10.99 for orders below $150.00 
  • Shipping rates are displayed at checkout, and customers have the option to choose their preferred shipping method.
  • Custom / Tax / Duty is customer's responsibility to deal with it and pay the respective duty / tax in their country. We are not responsible for any custom / tax / duty.
Shipping Times:
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination address.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but please note that these are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather or shipping delays.
Shipping Carriers:
  • We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for our customers.
  • Shipping carriers may include Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other trusted carriers.
Shipping Restrictions:
  • We currently only offer shipping to addresses within Canada and the United States.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • All orders come with a tracking number, which will be provided to customers via email once the order has shipped.
  • Customers can use the tracking number to track their package online and monitor its delivery status.
Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your vinyl rolls and sheets purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Here are the details of our returns policy:

Returns Eligibility:
  • To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • Custom-cut vinyl rolls and sheets are not eligible for returns, unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Returns Process:
  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone within 30 days of the purchase date and provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item(s).
  • Please securely pack the item(s) and include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria, and process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and will exclude the original shipping costs and any applicable taxes.
  • Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item(s) and will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of the return shipping and send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
